Philip has worked in over 60 countries and lectured on leadership, innovation, talent development and diversity. As VP, Global Workplace Initiatives and Corporate Officer at Colgate-Palmolive, Philip led the company’s efforts to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for City University and was Vice Chair of the Panel for Education Policy, appointed by Mayor Bloomberg. Philip also learned French and lived in Paris while holding a senior HR position for Colgate’s European Divisions.
